The client approached us to provide a quote for carrying out the groundworks on their soon-to-be new home. We won the contract competitively due to our ability to offer a complete package to get the build up to DPC (Damp Proof Course).

The works undertaken included installing a new haul road/driveway through a meadow up to the new plot which enabled us and our client good access for deliveries, even in winter months.

Due to the ground conditions and historic disturbance part of the footing construction included 3 x stem piles/ring beams. Once the footings were installed all block work and PCC block and beam floors were completed.

We completed all of the works, surface water and foul drains including a new treatment plant. All works were completed within the 30 day timescale and handed over to our client for them to proceed with the next phase of the build.
